I'm so bored
nothing really to do'

oh well, at least we get a week and a half for christmas Break
my small group leaders said we may have a pizza party...i'm excited now
i don't know when it will be yet but i will take pictures and put them in my web album that i will be making in a couple weeks..
They have a baby named Lily, i saw her pics on Jeffs (my leaders) web album and she is pretty cute i can not wait to personally meet her for the very first time :)
I also think that this whole weblog thing is pretty cool even tho i hardly ever get a chance to write in it, i will try to do this more often, maybe after christmas i'll write a long drawn out post about Christmas and stuff like that....
i'm just not sure..

Well, it's been FOREVER, since i've written anything here so i'll just tell you in a brief thing what happened over the past 2 months
After my last post Dustin got home safely, and graduated college..YAY!
then nothing happened for a long time so that was not exciting
THEN i started working at McDonalds and have been working their for a month and 2 weeks...so it is going very well...then On July 15, 2006 my best friend in the world died in a car accident so that was very devastating then the day after his funearl i headed down to Flagstaff, Arizona for the Youth Unlimited Convention...it was fun but it was at least one hundred degrees every single day so we drank lots of water and swam in the pool a lot and since we were at seven thousand feet elevation we had plenty of bread, pasta and all the other good stuff that you need to eat to prevent altitude related sickness.....all in all the experience was fun but the 30 hour bus ride their and back again was not that great because sleeping on a bus, is not what i call fun. but having friends who comfort you even during the early early early hours of the morning, totally rocks my face off!!!!
OH, i forgot to tell you the friends name of mine who died, so i will and also will tell you a little bit about him
His name was Aaron Curtis De Witt, he was born October 10, 1988 and he was the coolest guy i have ever known in my life, he was bubbly, energetic, and always had a smile on his face and could always tell when i was having a bad day, b/c he would comne up to me and say KAITLIN, I LOVE YOU, and that would just make my day 200 times better then it had been before..to me Aaron was my guardian angel and i'm sure that he thought of me as his, and yes, even tho i do miss him i do not wish him back on the earth because i know he is in a way better place in heaven..and i know that one day when i get to heaven Aaron will be standing by Jesus arms open to say WELCOME HOME KAITLIN..and what a day that will be......

i hope so....This summer is going to rock because WILD THING...i have to go on it cuz DUSTIN is coming with me and Troy, our youth pastor, won't invite him to be a chaperone unless i go on Wild thing so DUSTIN, i'm going on wild thing SOOOOO I guess your coming with me.........Dustin..i'm also glad your having such a fun time in Holland, and i hope that when you get back, you bring me something (ha) and maybe i'll get you a graduation present..hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm not a bad idea huh?? in fact i think it is my best idea yet!!

March Madnesss....
What exactly is MARCH MADNESS, well as my friend Aaron says " it is a time to see if Duke will beat North Carolina" so i think that is called MARCH MADNESS becasue all the NC state fans are mad at the Duke fans becasue they want to win...to me...i think that march madness is just a goofy nickname given to the Spring basketball season becasue EVERYONE is addicted to it and they wanna see who will make it into the bit 10..Personally my top 2 chocies are Duke as number ONE and North Carolina as number TWO..the reason Duke is my first choice is becasue i am one of those kids who likes having some variety and since i'm all over Michigan state, i might as well go for Duke..RIGHT??? or are you thinking right now that i am the wierdest kid on the face of this planet and i do not have a clue about what in the whole wide world is going on..
Well, I hope you like the picture at the top, GO DUKE, someday during this part of March, i may switch to NC State but, i do not know if that will happen..All i know is i can not wait for March 5 or 6 because my friend who is in college is returning home from the Netherlands after being their since January...i'm soooooooooooooooooooooo excited, i can not wait to hear all about his trip and stuff, i bet he is having a rockin awesome time out their speaking dutch...although i hope he does not come back and starts talking dutch to me because i certainly would not understand what in the heck he was saying..SO DUSTIN..if you are reading this, I hope you are safe and having a fun fun time without Youthgroup and don't forget..JUNE 1 VALLEY FAIR, WILD THING..BE THEIR or be square (inside joke between me and a friend)

almost christmas
WOW it's almost christmas
the retreat was awesome
we went to the indian reservation and hung out with the native american kids and worshiped with them and taught them about the bible...that was FUN, they all really loved it...i have one of their addresses and he gave me a note before we left and it said KAITLIN THANKS FOR BEING COOL AND TEACHING ME ABOUT GOD, LOVE XAVIER...awww...it was SO CUTE...i wanna go back their again, i loved xavier he is 5 and he has the most energetic personality, and he was my "buddy" it rocked

Almost december.....
hey i just rememberd i'm not gonna be home on Sautrday or Sunday..i'm gonna be on a mission trip type thinger
So, i won't be having my weekly update so when i get back on Sunday night i'll tell you about what my 2 day mission trip was like
OMG i LOVE the band GREEN DAY!! especially the song Wake Me Up When September Ends...i don't know Why i love that song BUT i love it because sometimes i just feel like telling someone to wake me up when september ends..and others i feel like forming a band and singing this song but changing it up a bit to say :"wake me up when the school year ends"..cuz yes i always dread the beginning of the year cuz sometimes it can be so dull and boring that i just do not want to go back at all!! the other band that i really absolutely love is bowling for soup and their song 1985..dude i LOVE that song, whenever i hear it on the radio i crank it up and dance and my little sister thinks that i'm the silliest person ever ha ha ha
Yesterday we had a snow day, so i babysat my neighbor who is 2 months old, her name is Ella..she is so cute....she was very good and she seemed to do ok with a stranger that she didn't even know..i can't wait to babysit her again..
Today was not a snow day we started 2 hours late so we started at 10 in the morning, we had half hour class periods..that totally rocked!! all of us wish that we could have that every day but NO the administration just won't allow it!! but oh well, if we get 2 more days off for snow we have to go an extra couple of days to school so we hope we don't have to do that
Well i bet this is my longest post yet/...oh well i had fun writing it, i LOVE writing stuff especially blogging
On a happy note DECEMBER IS ALMOST HERE!!!!!!!!!!YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow,
i was just told today christmas if four and a half weeks away, that is so cool, i can not wait for that
i'm gonna tell you bout my rockin good time now
we left for Sioux City at 5 this morning cuz it takes 3 hours to get their we got their 8, then we went to the house, and sat around for a LONG time and talked, played games and stuff, then we drove to Sioux Center another 2 hour drive from Sioux City to go to Dordt College and we went bowling, i bowled at 155, that is like way better then i have ever bowled in my life...it was so amazing, I loved every minute of it..then we left and got home about an hour and a half ago, so my day was so much fun, i hope that we get to do it again next year...so what did all of you do today, i've posted everyday so far since i've had this, i'm gonna start posting once a week, then that will be something to look forward to every week..
